Constant Light Rain Through the Night

It's good that it is staying above freezing outside. It was strange sleeping with the sound of drips and dribbles coming down the gutters. The snow level is dropping considerably. The ice chunks I carried and threw from the massive ice dam on the roof are appearing through the snow in the backyard, the Gargoyles wings are showing in our perennial garden too. Puddles are forming and overall it's kind of a soggy mess. Unusual February weather.

I'm getting ready to go to work this morning at Herbergers. I'll be working in the receiving department today, but am on the schedule
for the men's clothing floor other days. I'm looking forward to being busy there, opening my mind to some different things and see old friends.
Scooter will have the "food channel" on while I'm gone and a new rawhide to chew.

This rain may turn to snow later today, I'll post more when I get home from work on what else may happen here in Brainerd. I'll have to bake another loaf of hearty bread for one thing. Scooter went outside, did his thing, came in with soggy paws and wanted to get back into bed.. he's under the covers now.... looks pretty good.
