Boring picture?.... not! This was just taken at 5:10 pm. Just a few weeks ago, it was pretty much dark outside at this time. It seems every day is more cheerful, lasting longer and encouraging thoughts of Spring and all the related activities.Got up early this morning and went to church. It was a "contemporary" service with new music, a band with guitars and flute, and a great sermon on moving mountains. After the service, there was a class for people becoming new members of Trinity Lutheran Church. I was tired, but went and met the others joining. A nice informal setting and got some books to read about the Lutheran Faith.
After working at Herbergers, painting the bedroom and moving the couple inches of snow that fell, I am feeling tired today. A nice change for me, usually I am almost too full of energy to relax and just take it easy for a day. I had company after church for coffee and treats and good conversation.
Tomorrow starts a new week with 4 days of part time work, meetings and basic household stuff, but it will be warmer than last week and I will be taking Scooter for walks every day I can.
