Living Room Rearranged!

I'm not sure how much I like it yet, but it is cozy and seems to have good "flow". I wanted to change up the environment for Spring and have been thinking of rearranging for a few weeks. Redoing the cable through the floor and cleaning as I went, I got it done... now to remember it is done if I get up in the middle of the night for something. It looks good and I think I will get used to it.

I got crusty and dusty this early morning as I went out to the garage and cleaned out some old cardboard and sheet rock. It had gotten soggy and actually had some mold on it, so into the dumpster it went. It was heavy and I had the sneezes for a while later from the dust. I wish I had the garden hose hooked up to rinse off in front of the garage where I worked, it looks like paste on the driveway now.

I'm drinking some good hot red rooibos tea to warm up. It is 34 degrees out, but there is almost a mist in the air and I got a little chilled when Scooter and I got back from our long walk. We went along the river and it is thankfully down a bit and moving rapidly. The snow is not melting real fast, it is cloudy and that is a good thing water-level wise.

I baked a good loaf of bread today, I really like the graham flour addition with cornmeal and oatmeal.

I'm glad Scooter has had no reaction to his antibiotics, there was a risk. Rat Terriers can have some funny allergies. I saw nothing different, and he is good to swallow the pill with his treat, so I get to continue with his month long prescription.

I don't know what the evening will bring, and for now I will catch up on some reading and relaxing.
