Chilly then Sunny, over and over made for an interesting day of yard work. I got 3 Heartland Tomato plants as a gift, and maybe a little early for the season, thought I'd take a chance and plant them... they perked up with a shot of Miracle Gro and look great. I went and got a flat of Marigolds for bordering, some Petunias, Herbs and a few Cucumbers too. Lots of fun work was done with Scooter and Charlie watching. I got a very large dead branch out of the tree out front and dragged it to the back where I'll cut it up for fire wood. Got a lot of weeds up and did plant more day-lilies along the front.
It's 50 outside this morning, 15 degrees warmer than yesterday at this time. I work this morning in receiving for a fast, fun day of work. The dogs are cozying in, they can tell I'm getting ready for work and give me sad little looks.Coffee, a big breakfast, some time to read, relax and meditate some for a good morning.
I may post more later if anything interesting happens and I can fire up my iMac... got lucky this morning.
