Great Weekend and the start of another week

Oh Yeah, another good weekend. From tennis Saturday morning, to hiking and a picnic on Sunday, we got good recreation in with some good work. Church Sunday morning was fabulous with gospel music and a good message about relationships. We went to Crossroads Cafe downtown Sunday night for a concert and great iced coffees too. The changing colors at the State Park made our hike spectacular, and the picnic treats all tasted extra good. We had some Cortland apples and they were bright white, crispy and delicious with our Italian wraps, a great lunch. Mowed Peggy's back yard and it looks so nice! Lots of tomatoes and peppers coming out of our gardens still, and we have them with about every meal. Tonight I'm making venison fajitas with banana peppers, onions and cheese, yummy. Hearty whole wheat bread is going in the bread machine now, starting to smell real good.

I worked the floor today and with the big sale and freight coming in to stock, it was a busy day and time went quickly. Came home for lots of back yard frolics with Scooter and Charlie. It is cooler and clouding up with sprinkles now, it will be a good night for just relaxing.

Lots of changes coming with the new season, Life and Love are growing in many directions here in Brainerd!

Peace!
