A Fun Week of Adventure

Last Sunday Peggy and I braved the cool temperatures and tackled the shed assembly. After getting the area prepped and fairly level, we read the instructions and began putting this baby together. We snapped and screwed the floor together first. Then the walls went up and locked into place...... pretty easy so far.

Driving the floor screws into place.

Now to put up the gables that hold the roof pieces in position.

Tah-Dah!... looking good. We put on the sky light assemblies and began "raising the roof".

We need to switch a couple of roof pieces around so the clippy things align better, but it is up now and looking real good. It will be great for storing Summer stuff, lawn mower and boxes to clear out the garage. The back fence is up too, now Scooter and Charlie can run free back here.

Tonight I cook for "Girl's Night Out". A "Harvest of Flavor" is the theme. Grilled sausage and chicken, black bean and grilled corn confit, garlic toast, purple passion cabbage, and a pumpkin bread pudding will be prepared and served to women making the rounds to area business', entering contests and sampling. So much fun!

This weekend is a road trip. Heading south to have fun and help out with some work. Good things indeed.

Keeping busy, having fun as Life and Love continue to blossom in the crisp Fall Air.

Peace!
