That's Entertainment!

What a hoot!.... we had the best seats in the house at the Franklin Arts Center. I had called and reserved tickets a couple weeks ago for the "Geritol Frolics". The average age of chorus members was over 75 years old! There was singing, dance lines, tap dancing and humor. Over 2 hours of familiar music from the 50's and 60's with some unbelievably great vocals. We had a ball and saw people we knew from church and work in the audience... we will definitely be looking forward to next years performance.

It is a warmer 44 this morning, but drizzlin' rain some. After church, we went and got groceries and treats for dinner and the Vikings game. I have a spicy pork stew going with French lentils and carrots, and a pork roast in the oven for sandwiches later this week. Got to stay well and nourished as the weather cools down and we are so active. The new garden shed looks fantastic and we are slowly filling it with seasonal items and storage.

Maybe it will warm some and the Sun will come out for a nice hike with the dogs this afternoon.

Lots of good things going on in Life and Love....
