Cool start, then warming up to a wonderful pedal

My inspiration stood. I had an excellent big breakfast of toast, peanut butter with orange marmalade, 2 eggs, juice, vitamins and then 20 minutes before heading out, a protein shake with creatine monohydrate. Just what I needed. The trip from my house to the coffee shop in Nisswa and back is about 36 miles or a bit more. The air smelled great and the birds sang along the path the entire way. Hawks circled overhead in many places and at times the frogs were deafening. I saw in the same place, now for 3 years of biking this trail, a black friendly squirrel. I was wondering if I'd see it again, and there it was.

Too shy for a picture, it hid when I got my camera out, but I will probably get to take its picture on some trip. I was exhausted when I got back, but a cup of coffee got me back. Coffee and bicycling go together well for some reason. I ate a very large portion of chicken al fredo and a big salad and got plenty recharged.

Life is full of wonderment, and so good if I go slow enough listen and believe. A calm peace. I am grateful, I like it.

The day is clouding up, and rain is on the way.... perfect for reflection and good thoughts.
I may post later with what happens here today, I am open and learning that I never know what to expect..... Peace, Hope and Love!
