Good to have the opportunity to stay in "Culinary Shape and Condition". This Thursday, Schroeder's Appliance Center, north of Brainerd will again host this promoted event. I will dot all the i's and cross all the t's on my plan today and get my grocery list completed.

Ceasar Type Salad with Garbonzos, Toasted Walnuts and Tart Apple
Thyme and Rosemary, Olive Oil Grilled Baby Red Potato Wedges
Alfredo Bow Ties with Peppers and Sweet Onion
Pressed Grilled Swedish Sausage Kaiser Roll Sandwiches with a Cranberry Sour Cream Sauce...
(I know this sounds a little different, but the owners of the store like a little Scandanavian twist thrown in).
Dessert: A Spumoni and Cake layered Triffle with Anise Biscotti Crunch
This should be a fun and easy menu, and the store wants "leftovers" so I'll be making plenty.
I'll be taking pictures and then post some of the fun we have at this event on Friday.
Fun, busy day today, as I make the plans and catch up on some other chores I was too lazy to get to yesterday. I had a buddy over with his dog, and we drank yerbe mate~ tea and watched a silly black and white "indie" movie: "Coffee and Cigarettes", until about 12:30 last night. Scooter enjoyed the company, and we both slept like logs.
