Another deep freeze morning

Yikes, clear, calm (thank goodness) and minus 22. The forecast is for this to be the last dangerous cold weather for a while. Above average temperatures, for this time of year, are on the way! That will be fabulous. Scooter must sense what it is like, he is still snuggled under the bed covers. Tanners is going nuts with a kitty toy and ringing its bell as he bats it across the floor and back, nice to know he is feeling so good. I've got coffee going and then some reading and journaling to do. I am really enjoying it. So nice to have it getting light out earlier and the sun setting later.... encouraging and makes me feel that things are getting better, thoughts of Spring and outdoor activities are coming to mind. The warm spell we had last week actually dropped snow height in some areas of the yard by a foot or more.

Today I go in and talk to my old boss to set up my hours and needs for employment. I am going to start working part-time again. It will be a good way to get out of the house for a while each day, constructively keep my mind active and on some new things, and catch up on finances some. I'll post later on how that goes.

Until later as this dangerous, frigid morning transforms with the coming warm. Peace!
