I got up and rolling, the critters did not

I dunno. It was not cold out, we were not up late, but the critters all wanted to sleep in this morning. After going out to potty, Scooter took my position in bed, even his head on my pillow, and stayed until about 8. Mouse and Tanners snuggled on the couch while I had toast and coffee before heading off to work. I'm glad I worked in receiving today, I got to work off the huge dinner I had last night.

After I got home and played with Scooter a bit, I went over to Chells across the street, he called and said he needed some help with something.
I got there and he had gotten a new filter for his
vacuum cleaner and it was a little jammed. I got him all set, and made some red lines on his canister thingy so he can line it up good to take it apart and put it back together again more easily.
What a buddy, he will come over this Friday a couple times and let Scooter out and sit with him a little while while I'm at work, I was asked today to put in a couple more hours than I was scheduled for... nice to be able to do that.

It is nice enough outside for us to play some fetch and tug-o-war. Scooter had been so good while I
was gone, so I indulged him and played in the soggy back yard a while

Now I've got some bread going with oatmeal, cornmeal and graham flour. Should be awesome toast. I work tomorrow afternoon, a short shift, which will be perfect.

Thursday is off, so I may paint the second coat on the walls of the bedroom, I can't believe the bright difference the white makes in there. Looks bigger and way more cheerful

I've got a meeting tonight at 7, then home to take it easy, read and probably early bedtime.

I know that there is more Winter on the way, but it sure is great to at least feel Spring like and play outside, and know that Spring is indeed on the way. The longer days, more daylight and earlier sunrises are working wonders.
