That didn't take long

I Barely got back in the house, you would have thought the birds and squirrels had reservations for eating. Pine siskens, chickadees, sparrows, bluejays and squirrels all came down to feast.

I've got a loaf of bread going with oatmeal, corn meal and wheat bran. It smells good already, and it is just rising.

Nice to have nature like this right out the kitchen window.
