White and Light

It is an uneven ceiling, plaster wise, but it is white as white now. It took 2 coats, the first coat soaked right in and drained the roller quickly. I took Scooter to Home Depot and he came inside, rode in the cart and made new friends. All in all, it took about 1 1/2 gallons to paint the bedroom ceiling. I put up the new light fixture that is the same as the one in the front entryway, and I like it a lot. It is a bit smaller, higher and brighter than the old original. Gives the room a more spacious feel, nice. Tomorrow I will finish sanding the plaster spots and paint the Divine Pleasures around the corners and edges where I can't roll.

I got my hairs cut today and had a good conversation with the Barber. Cool, old fashioned place, and I got a #2 buzz with a tuft in front. It's me. After my punching rounds and lifting weights, I made a hearty supper of beef, noodles and gravy.... it was very good too, with Hungarian paprika for a nice kick. It will be warmer with a little sunshine, and I'll take Scooter for a nice long walk as soon as it gets above 20. Now I've got some reading to get to, kick back and call it an early evening for bed. This has been a very productive, fun day.

Charlie is going to photocopy the pattern for the tattoo, mail it to me, and I'm a gonna get me one.

Peace!
