Well, now wait for the call. I brought the van into the shop this early morning to get the serpentine belt and related stuff fixed. The shop will call when they know what it needs and will cost. I can't complain much, the van has not needed a whole lot of expensive repairs, but it does take out of the budget for sure. There was the u-joint, the frozen block of the entire vehicle when it had to be trucked in and thawed out, the chugging when idling and other small (?) stuff. Just start getting ahead, and things come up. I'm grateful to have my part-time job to help.
Very nice night last night. The meeting was again deep and laced with true feelings and stories. The kind of sharing that makes me grateful for not only the program, but how watched over I've been in my life. Now in my new life, based in spirituality, I can move on with the guidance that has been leaning on the door to my heart and mind, ready to fall in when I surrendered and let it. So good!
After the meeting, I got Scooter and went over to Peggy's house... we have our own good talks and sharing that makes life complete and wonderful. I am truly blessed.
I'll post more later with pictures of what all happens today, I work a late afternoon shift until closing, just in time for the expenses with the van. More packing of upstairs stuff is on the agenda after breakfast, I am looking forward to it all being out of the home and my life.
