Yikes again!.... I started the van right away, to make sure it was willing to go. It popped right off. I've got to work a short shift today on the floor of the men's department.I was made an awesome breakfast of blueberry pancakes, blueberry syrup and eggs with a nice glass of grape juice. Now I'm ready to face the day.
So nice to have a little extra dark in the morning for snoozing and snuggling, and light much later in the evening to make us all feel better. It is awesome to think of it warming up to the 40's perhaps by the weekend. I googled "where's my federal tax refund" yesterday. It brought me to an IRS link where I punched in my social and refund amount... it instantly told me where my refund was in the process.... it will be direct deposited tomorrow! Yippee! Catch up on some bills, and maybe indulge in more groceries and a pair of running shoes. Tomorrow is pay-day too, life is good!
Tomorrow I work in receiving in the morning until the afternoon, then a weekend off to enjoy the warm sunshine, take Scooter for walks and get the house more in order. That will be very nice.
Time to relax for a moment, read and do my meditations and prayers before dressing for work... I'm a grateful man!
I'll maybe post more later this evening if anything exciting happens here in Brainerd.
