Nice, I let Scooter outside, and I had to just stand on the back step and breath in the warmer March air. It is 20 now and calm. Very peaceful and beautiful outside. I slept again like a rock, Scooter so cozy... pressing firmly against my legs and back. I work this afternoon on the floor. A short shift will be a good break in the day. Going to vacuum today and get up the dust bunnies, straighten up the house some too. Had good coffee, did some reading, meditating and my morning prayers, now making a big breakfast... a cheeseburger and toast. I do like a hearty start to the day.
It is so good to let go of myself and feel God guiding my life. I took Scooter for a long walk yesterday afternoon in the chilly breeze and sunshine and it was like a constant prayer. My mind is slowing down and the calm direction is awesome. My life is changing like never before... I have been blessed with many good things in the very recent past. The "Promises" are indeed a Truth... sometimes they come quickly, sometimes slowly, but God must have been just waiting for me to give Him my life, because my answers and blessings are coming quickly. I feel like I've been given the chance I've always desired for a good life, not in charge, just living in Trust and Faith. I went to my Tuesday night meeting last night, and now realize how watched over I have been, protected and safe. I am so grateful that I have been given a new life and beginning. Understanding now that the way I was trying to live, the direction I was heading, the life I thought I wanted, I had no chance at all.
Nothing short of "WOW".
I'll post more later with pictures again with "who knows what" may happen here in Brainerd today.
