Cleaned up back yard looks good this morning

There must be heavy goose traffic this morning, I hear a lot of honking over the house. I slept great and didn't stir or awake until 6:30. As the Sun rises, I had to step out back to admire my work. It does look pretty good. I'll have to get outside some today too, it may hit 60!

I've got my equipment list for Thursdays cooking event done, and today will finalize my grocery and supply list. Tomorrow, I will shop and begin prep work. The radio stations are playing this "Girls Night Out" promotion big, and I've received a few comments from people that they have heard "Chef Marty" mentioned on the ads. I could not wait to get most groceries, so menu list in hand, I went to Super One... Now I've got a real good start and feel ahead of the game.

I had good Ham Hash for supper last night... microwaved a big white potato, quartered it lengthwise to dry and cool, then diced it a bit, browned it, then added diced Easter ham. Topped with some sour cream and ketchup, was just what I needed after raking and cleaning the gardens. I'll have the rest topped with over easy eggs for breakfast soon.

Coffee tastes extra good this morning, I've tried to stop having coffee in the afternoon and drink herbal teas instead. Green mixed with Celestial brand blends, and others. It's all good.

Some reading and meditations now to get my day rolling, and I'll post later when or if anything exciting happens here today.
