Look at those Madelines.... about 140 of them, baked 24 at a time. It smelled like a French Bakery in the house. I got the Glorified Rice, Salad Nicoise and the Creamed Beans Francais started, the Crepe batter and Marscapone made. I enjoy getting prep work behind me, it de-stresses the event.It hit 64 today, and I spent some time outdoors, playing with Scooter and talking to neighbors.
The rhubarb seems to be off to a good start, now it almost looks like we need rain.
Looks like a beautiful Spring night outside, families out walking with strollers, kids on bikes and lots of activity. I'll sleep well tonight and get rested for tomorrow.
