Sunny Saturday

Today, sometime, I am going to bake Madelines. This is the pan used to bake them. The batter like dough needs to be folded together, so it does not deflate and chilled before baking in the prepared pans. This practice will help me when I bake them for the upcoming event. Plus they will be a nice treat to have.

I'm making some awesome 10 grain cereal for breakfast this morning with cranberries in it. Even though I had a big supper last night, I woke up extra hungry.

The atmosphere must be perfect for sound travel in my direction. Train whistles and horns went through the night as though they were at the end of my block. Some are melodious and some are so out of tune that it sounds like a giant crow screeching. Most trains have 3 engines in front, each with 2 horns, and a pusher engine in the back. They blare before each intersection through town so it can be quite a noise.

Other than baking and some housecleaning, mental and home, I do not know what all will happen here today.

I'll post later with what does.

Peace, Hope and Patience is the Key!
