A day to give thanks.... actually, another day to give thanks. This day is official and national.This has been such an incredible week of activity, almost no time to post here.
Getting the store ready for the day after Thanksgiving, expecting 10-12 times the daily average of business in one day, having fun, setting displays and merchandising. Wowee! Taking time to relax, eat well, "just be" and live in Love.
Today, I'll be roasting a wonderful, fresh turkey in the Weber kettle, baking a pumpkin cream cheese custard pie, green bean casserole and other Thanksgiving delights for Sweet Peggy! I'm planning on taking a couple pictures of that, how Minnesota can you get, cooking outdoors?
Every day, and especially this week, I have counted my blessings, thinking of things to be grateful for, being deeply thankful for so many wonderful things in my life and the lives of those I love.... a great way to live..... Today is the day, set aside specifically to rejoice in that.
