One Month Anniversary and What a Turkey!

Winter weather on the way, Brainerd is right on the line, north 3-5 inches of snow, south 1-3 inches of snow with freezing rain and sleet... it's a "can't lose" situation... Oh Yeah!

I'm getting my Chef-Gear ready, ideas and energy all set. Tomorrow, I'll be at church at 6 am to begin cooking and roasting 5 turkeys for our community dinner. A few groceries to pick up today, bring to the kitchen along with some of my cookware and we'll be ready for action!

In Duluth near the end of our Honeymoon adventure "up-north", we posed at the end of the pier Sunday morning. A large ship had just entered the harbor, and the welcoming crowd just dispersed, leaving the little lighthouse pier to us.

It's been a wonderful first month of marriage. Our lives are truly blessed! Great memories already, good stuff on the way, the changing of seasons and Holidays are almost here.... awesome.

Change of seasons? Yup, this picture was taken last Friday, November 19th. The Sunshine made me want to get a last ride in. I rode 30 miles in 30 degrees, that was enough.. The Sta-bil is run through the fuel system.

The Kingpin is tucked into the back corner of our garage, under a blanket with the "battery minder" plugged in.

Lots to be thankful for, this Thanksgiving is going to be nothing short of GRAND!

Peace!
