Sunny Super Bowl Day

After getting up early having some good coffee, I went to church at 8:15. This was a task as we stayed up and talked smart until about 1:00 in the morning. The service was excellent and the sermon was just what I needed to hear.

I came home and Russ and I got to work, prepping and getting the food ready for this evening. Russ is turning and browning the pork rib chunks in the Dutch oven. I'm getting the BBQ sauce and baked beans ready to put into the oven.
I started a loaf of bread too with whole wheat flour, cornmeal, oatmeal and flax seed.

Scooter is excited and love having company. We are leaving about 12:30 to drive the 95 miles to Cambridge and Pick up Katie. We'll have so much fun, talking and going to the Arboratum for a hike. Tonight though is Football, Food, and Fun. I'm sure we'll think of other snacks, and things to have as we munch and enjoy the "over the top"advertisements
and game. Ice tea, coffee and some pop to wash it all down.

I'll post more later with pictures of the finished food and us having a Super Sunday.

Until then... Peace to all!
