It rained, sometimes with big plopping drips, off and on through the night... no thunder that I heard. We went to Herberger's and did a little fun shopping. We agreed on Armani Code for Women as the perfume fragrance.. it is wonderful, deep and a bit of musk and spice, just right. I bought a white shirt and tie for Easter. The list for the pair was $90, and with the sale, a coupon and my employee discount, got both for under $11. What a deal.Then we went to the grocery store to get her some cat food for "Jezzie". Hungry, we could not pass the deli counter and got a good pasta salad and a chicken dinner to share. An early night though, again she needed good sleep for her 12 hour shift today in the Dialysis Clinic, wow.
Mount Redoubt, the volcano that erupted in Alaska, has taken a bit of a rest for now, and the ash is falling 1/4 inch thick in regions to the west of where Katie lives, thank goodness. We will all keep our eyes on that situation and in touch.
I work this morning in receiving, unloading, sorting and tagging the new Spring merchandise. A fast, fun day of work, and the added income will really help.
I am so grateful for the changes in my life, calmer and feeling God's direction guiding me. Wonderful to share with someone warm and loving with so many similar interests and feelings for life.
I'll post more later, after work, with pictures I hope of what happens interesting here in Brainerd as the rain continues to drizzle this Spring morning, we may go to the "Taste of Home" show this evening.
