Charlie arrived about 8:30 and was waiting at home when I got back from my meeting. I started a pot of tea and we had madelines with a glop of gelato on them Visiting and having fun until 11, I needed to get some sleep. I work a short shift this early afternoon. Charlie wants to get a bread machine, and I'll bake at least one more loaf so he can watch and pick up on any tricks I use.
I think we'll do some shopping this afternoon, get some gifts, and just hang out. Tonight we'll make Nacho's Grande, with chorizo and peppers,
maybe watch a movie, but most importantly, just visit and reunite.What's a Father/Son visit without a bit of macho showing off? We kidded around and posed for your enjoyment.. what a pair (?)
I'm not sure what Charlie is telling Scooter in the kitchen, but it must be amazing from the look in Scooter's eyes.
Tomorrow we'll have Easter Church and a good Ham Dinner, but I'll post more later today with what other mischief we get into on this Sunny,
