Classic Monday, Dreary and needs Cheering Up, so how about a Bass Ackwards Post?

There, it's done. I got some paint, came home, degreased and scrubbed the mirror frame. I hung it outside from a clothes pole to dry. First went on the brown paint, then lightly with a lake blue.
I found some appropriate stained glass light catchers that my father made and glued them to the frame where there were cracks and small pieces missing. I put it all back together and decided on this location. It is facing the front door enough for the Feng Shui effect I desired, and looks balanced and good there. While the paint was drying, between coats, I whipped up a banana bread and baked it in my cast iron loaf pan. It looks yummy. I also juggled a few loads
of laundry and went out in the windy chill to play fetch and tug-o-war with Scooter... sometimes the wind is really strong today... a few misty showers too. Kind of a bass ackwards post today with the afternoon before the morning, but that's okay, I'm feeling a tad bass ackwards today myself.

Wow for deep sleep, I did not even wake up with the trash pick-up truck. I think I remember waking up about 2 and rearranging the covers, I must have been moving around some in my sleep and bunched them all up... that's it.. woke up about 7. Nice to catch up on the good, deep sleep, I feel refreshed and ready for a new week.

37 and misty outside, the streets are a little wet, but it did not rain. Birds are singing and this little bit of moisture should help green up the yard.

My coffee tastes extra good this morning, and I'll soon have toast made with the loaf of bread I baked last night. I've done my readings and meditations this morning, and am inspired to work on my "mirror project" today, celebrating a time of reflection. I'll post a picture of what I do with the frame and mirror later... I think I've got a few good ideas. I was going to get the Suzuki running today, but probably will wait until it warms up some, I've got the battery charged and just have to go and get the new plate.

I am still a bit undecided about exactly where I'll have my tattoo placed on my left arm Thursday. Leaning towards the outside, above my elbow a few inches. It will be a beauty.

More later on this chilly, gray Monday... Peace, and may all the decisions we make today, be guided by Love and Faith.
