Yesterday was again, a really fun day. I enjoy doing the grocery shopping for these big events. After coming home and unloading, prep work began. I feel well prepared for "Girl's Night Out".Marinaded Sausage Kebobs, Herbed Potato Salad, Wild Rice Pilaf, Black Bean Confit with Tortilla Chip, Grilled Fruit Salad with a sweet creamy dressing and to top it off... Blueberry Bread Pudding. A nice Minnesota theme for making this party special.
Got some stuff ready for the big rummage sale on Friday too... a few unusual things and stuff that may catch somebodies eye... who knows, it will be fun. Then got to work on the fence for containing dogs in the backyard, cutting off the bottom boards of old cribbing to make it 36 inches tall. Posts and mounting to go in this morning, should be easy now. It will be fun no matter what.
A beautiful calm sunny morning to begin this day, readings and meditations for a good start. So full of energy, strength, calm and Love.....
